The power has exceeded the pre-set limit. The frequency has risen/fallen above or below the pre-set limit. The voltage of one or more phases has risen/fallen above or below the pre-set limit. Check the settings of the parameters and set properly the bypass timing of each alarm.

The Be124 generator controller alarm monitoring system provides a shutdown to protect the load and the generator. The engine will shut down after a cooling down time.
Under voltage / Under frequency may be symptoms of overload. The Be124 generator controller alarm monitoring system opens the Generator Circuit Breaker (GCB) in a way to protect the generator itself. These could be high severity or critical Alarms. You can disable the alarm by setting the option to 'OFF' into BELT BREAK parameter. See section 24.0Įngine Belt break (or Charger failure) shutdown.
High Severity Alarm: check the charger alternator or the settings for the engine running condition. In case of warning, check connections or status of the battery equipment. The Be124 provides a by pass alarm of about 20 seconds after detecting an engine running condition.īattery Voltage Limits: 11,8V/15,5V (12V battery) and 23,6V/31V (24V battery). The alarms triggers when the detected speed is lower than CRANK-RPM setting.To enable this alarm you are required to set a PICK-UP ratio (see 11.5.5) and a CRANK RPM (see 11.4.4).
